How often should I practice?
Typically your daily practice time duration ranges from 20 minutes to 1 hour and a recommendation will be made during your first session.
Do I need my own instrument?
Yes, you will need an instrument for daily practice.
How long will it take to see progress?
There will be immediate growth due to the unique nature of our ‘Integration of Abilities’ approach to music education. Physiological growth will depend mostly on the time you put in with your daily regimen.
Do I need to learn to read music?

What styles of music can I learn?
Our experience in musical styles spans from classical training to high-level commercial music, but we focus on first playing/singing music which gives you a skill you can master the first day, while making it a visceral experience. Then you will apply that embodied experience to any music you wish to sing.
Do I need any prior experience?
Not at all! Come with a willingness to learn.
What should I expect in my first lesson?
You should expect to review your student questionnaire with the instructor, set music goals, and demonstrate newly acquired skills.
Will there be a recital?
Yes. Our recitals are at times unconventional. One thing is for certain, Kevin will make sure you are ready, so don’t worry.
How much do lessons cost?
Lessons are $50 per hour and are scheduled on a weekly basis.
